I have a meeting on Thursday with an important client, and I haven’t had an hour to prepare. Tell me what I need to know, what we offer them, and what they will ask.

Gaspard09:15

I start by rereading what I know about you: your past missions, your offer, and what you have already exchanged with this client. I never start from a blank page.

Thursday meeting: what to know, what we offer, what they will ask

This client is not looking for the cheapest supplier. They want the one who will keep their deadlines. We prepare the conversation on that ground.

1 client · 3 people · 3 likely questions · 2 proposal options · 1 brief

01

The essentials

Their management changed in March, and the new lead lost a supplier over a late delivery. Their last tender barely mentioned price. What they are buying on Thursday is a deadline kept.

  • Open on lead times, not on price: it is their subject, not yours.
  • Two proposal options, standard and with a delivery commitment, to choose in the room.
  • The three questions they will ask are ready, each with its answer and the figure behind it.
02

Who will be there, and what matters to each

Three people, three expectations. The full table is in the attached file; here is the essential.

PersonRoleWhat mattersWhat we say
Claire DelormeDirectorDeadlines keptThe delivery commitment
Marc HébertPurchasingTotal priceThe standard option, priced
Sofia RenardOperationsLogisticsThe delivery schedule
03

The proposal, in two options

Two versions, ready to show: the standard one, and one that commits to a delivery time against a deposit. The second answers exactly what they lost with their former supplier.

« We commit to delivery within ten working days, penalties included, against a 30% deposit on order… »

Presentation

The same report, told in two voices. Four minutes, between two meetings.

And this report doesn’t live alone. It joins the department that asked for it.

Departments, like in a real company.

The Executive department opens by default. The others open when your company needs them, each with its lead, its team and its memory. Departments are for companies: a freelancer works directly with their teams.

Each department has its memory. And memory is what changes everything.

It remembers. You explain only once.

A few missions in, it knows you: what it learns on one mission serves the next, and that knowledge never leaves your company.

« Prepare a proposal for the Deux-Rives job. »

First mission

Gaspard

Before I start, I’m missing a few things. What are your usual lead times? Do you charge for installation? Who decides, at this client?

Three questions before starting.

A few missions later

Gaspard

I’m using your template: installation included, 30% deposit, valid 45 days. I removed the volume discount, this client has never once taken it.

Proposal ready in nine minutes.

You attach your files to the brief, and you talk to it while it works: it takes that into account without starting over.

The more you say, the closer it gets.

Four words are enough to start a mission. But everything you add, you find again in the result. Same problem, three briefs: change the setting.

What you write

« Chase my late payers. »

Gaspard

I’m starting with nothing. I don’t know who these clients are, how long they’ve owed you, or what you can afford to say to them. I hand you twelve polite, interchangeable reminders.

What comes back12 identical lettersin 6 min 40 s

What you know about your company is the one ingredient it cannot guess. It’s what separates twelve interchangeable letters from a decision per client. You still need the time to think about it.

Alone, ten or fifty.

Time is as short for a freelancer as for the head of fifty people. Growthwing takes the shape of your company, not the other way round.

Freelancer

Consultant, tradesperson, independent professional

What you find here

  • Teams built around your trade, and nothing else
  • Your quotes, follow-ups and market watch, handled without you
  • A board that reads your numbers before you do

A first mission

« Follow up my unanswered quotes, and tell me which ones are worth a call. »

You get your evenings back, and your prices finally move.

Startup

A small team, one product, not every role filled yet

What you find here

  • The roles you don’t have yet: marketing, sales, tech
  • One department per gap, opened the day it’s needed
  • A memory that keeps your decisions when the team changes

A first mission

« We launch in October. Write the page, the email sequence, and tell me who we talk to first. »

You bring the skill that’s missing, not just the hours.

Small business

Two to ten people, one trade, an order book

What you find here

  • Quotes and follow-ups handled the same day
  • Invoices, due dates and late payers tracked
  • An Executive department that reads your numbers every week

A first mission

« Prepare this week’s quotes, and follow up last month’s that went unanswered. »

In the evening, the paperwork is no longer waiting.

SME

Ten to fifty people, several services, several leads

What you find here

  • Departments, each with its own lead and its own access
  • A shared company memory that nothing leaves
  • An Executive department that sees everything, and pushes back

A first mission

« Before Thursday’s board, prepare the 90-day cash position and what I should decide. »

Every service moves forward, and leadership finally knows where.

Four sizes, one idea: that someone finally has time to think.

You don’t grow by working more. You grow by being better surrounded.

Time to think isn’t found in the calendar. It’s won, the day you’re no longer holding everything up alone.

« Giving wingsto every handthat builds your business. »

Wings for every hand: the one that decides, the one that does, and the one nobody notices, without which nothing holds. A company moves forward when all of them rise together.

Before you start, what you want to know.

Six questions, six short answers. If yours isn’t here, you’ll ask us in person.

Yes, whatever its size. A freelancer builds teams around their trade, with no departments and no org chart. A small business or an SME opens one department per service, each with its lead, its team and its memory. A startup finds the roles it doesn’t have yet, for as long as it needs them, and prepares its future hires along the way. In every case, Growthwing takes the shape of your company, not the other way round.

No. Your teams take on what nobody has time for today: the follow-ups that never go out, the market watch that keeps getting postponed, the files pushed to the evening. They also bring the skills you don’t have yet. The people who work with you keep their place, and gain time for what matters.

You remain the judge. Every mission can be followed live, you can step in at any moment, and nothing is sent or committed without your approval. What you correct once is kept for the missions that follow. Deliverables come with their original file, so you can check them, archive them or rework them.

To a data centre in Paris, hosted by Scaleway. Your data is kept separate by company and is never shared with another. Each user decides who sees the missions they create: themselves only, their department, or the whole company. Measures are in place so that the language models used do not learn from your data. Some of these models are not hosted in France or in Europe; our privacy policy covers all of it.

About ten minutes to start: a conversation, spoken or written, at the end of which your first team exists. Then you give a mission with as much context as you find useful, and the more you say, the more accurate the result. The deliverable reaches you after a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, depending on the scope of the request. No technical skill is required.

Growthwing is free during early access, which is by invitation only. Pricing will be announced before the public opening, at least thirty days before any billing, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

All it takes is a conversation.

That’s deliberate: we take the time to understand your company, and we answer you ourselves.

  1. 01You request an invitation.
  2. 02You receive your access.
  3. 03You assemble your first team, in ten minutes of conversation.

For every company, the teams it’s missing. And a memory that stays its own.
