Terms of use

1. Purpose

The Terms set out the conditions for accessing and using the Site. They apply to every visitor.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is currently in a pre-launch (“coming soon”) phase. Its purpose is to present the Growthwing project and to allow visitors to join a waitlist and book an introductory call.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access; access and equipment costs remain the user’s responsibility. Growthwing strives to keep the Site available but is under no obligation of continuous availability; access may be suspended, in particular for maintenance or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.

3. Waitlist and booking

Joining the waitlist and booking a call require accurate, up-to-date and complete information. The user undertakes to use only contact details they are entitled to use.

These services are intended for a professional audience. Joining the waitlist is neither an order nor a promise of access to the Growthwing service at launch.

4. User conduct

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms. The following are prohibited in particular:

• any attempt to disrupt the Site’s operation or compromise its security;
• any fraudulent or unauthorised access to the systems;
• submitting automated data, unlawful content, or third-party details without their consent.

5. Intellectual property

All Site elements (brand, domain name, text, logos, graphics, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Growthwing. Any unauthorised use is prohibited, as set out in the Legal notice.

6. Liability

Information on the Site is provided for guidance only, as part of a pre-launch, and is subject to change. The Site does not constitute a contractual offer of services.

Growthwing cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site, from a temporary unavailability, or from the possible presence of viruses despite the precautions taken.

7. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (notably Google). Growthwing has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or data practices.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

Growthwing may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of your access to the Site. The last-updated date appears at the top of this document.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
